It’s sad how we struggle through good and bad times, we face our worse fears and come out strong, go through difficult times in private, and go out with our heads high and all, but we never give ourselves accolades.
There’s nothing wrong with giving yourself a pat on the back and thanking yourself for who you are and what you are striving through. We are so hard on ourselves that we just want to do more. Appreciate your brave moves a encourage yourself with gratitude.
Some of us work so hard that at the end of the day, we get paid and we don’t consider doing something for ourselves. Every penny must be accounted for, yes, there’s a lot to be done, but you may never get to use your rewards how you want to use them, a lil something to thank yourself isn’t gonna hurt. Even the cheapest treat counts as something.
It is hard enough that people dontbevent get to applaud our efforts, they know you are doing your best, but they never motivate you, so long as the money isn’t flowing from your pockets, you haven done anything yet. So instead of letting people dictate or validate your hard work, do it for yourself. You deserve everything good in life, appreciate the little winnings first.
